According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, the shootings happened between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. in different parts of the city.

The first shooting was reported shortly after 2 a.m. when two people were shot in the area of Broad Ripple and Guilford avenues. Both victims were listed in stable condition.

Minutes later, IMPD officials reported a shooting in the 1000 block of Broad Ripple Avenue. The condition of the person shot in that incident was not available.

It remains unclear if the two Broad Ripple Avenue shootings were connected.

Around that same time, IMPD officers were dispatched to the 7600 block of Moller Road on a report of a person shot.
